1.    What is the purpose of collecting personal information and how is it used?

MANAYO collects information through two different sections; one section collecting the essential information in order to enable the client to use the basic services, and the other section collecting the selected information for the added services.

MANAYO will apply the given personal information to each matching engine in order to provide the service that the member desires, and find a date that suits the client. Confirming the accuracy of your information will also set a service basis for you to trust other information and use it. 

2.    Approval of collecting the information

In order to use the services provided by MANAYO we need your personal information, and when you sign up as a member, we collect your information through your approval of the registration form.

MANAYO leads renovation on a regular basis in order to make sure your personal information is kept in an accurate condition. MANAYO holds operations to confirm certain information on a regular basis. 7.    Regarding the cancellation of member registration

When the user intends to stop using the service, user him/herself can terminate the account. If there is a problem that disables the user from doing this, they can always contact the personal information manager and terminate all personal informations.

8.    Changing the personal information collection method and the purpose of use

When there is adjustment to changing the way we collect personal information and the purpose of it's use, there will be notice where the users can easily spot it (will be posted up in the notice board for a week) and there will be other methods to let the users be aware of this before there is adjustment.

9.    What can I do to protect my personal information?

When you are using MANAYO on a public computer, log out completely and close the web browser window. If you do not log out completely, your information may be exposed to others. MANAYO is always doing everything to protect your privacy, however, if a problem occurs because of the individual's mistakes or because of the internet, we can not take responsibility for that. 10.    Managing the users' complaints

When it comes to the problems or complaints that the users have about the use of personal information and others, we have a manager that consistently and speedily solve the complaints.

11.    Limiting the access to personal information (the website manager)

MANAYO limits the access to personal information to a small number of employees, and the employees with this right are given a personal ID and a password that changes ever so often in order to protect the user's personal information effectively.

12.    Taking responsibility for the information leak during an online transmission

We cannot guarantee that the data transmission through internet is 100% safe. This means that the internet space is not perfect in protecting the personal information.

MANAYO will do everything in our power in order to protect the members' privacy, but we cannot completely guarantee the protection once you transmit your information to us, as of yet.
However, when MANAYO is provided with your information, we will try our best to protect the information safely. We will also continue to increase new techniques to protect your information.

MANAYO considers protecting the personal information very important. MANAYO will strictly keep the principles mentioned above, and when it comes to requests to open up your information that are against such principles, we will firmly reject it.

If your personal information is illegally or immorally leaked because of our fault, MANAYO will take all responsibilities for it.

13.    MANAYO employees' pact for the users

Purpose of this pact is to reassure that all identity authentication related member information and business related know-how body regarding all the services provided by MANAYO will strictly be forbidden to be leaked.
When this is violated, one will be claimed damages as well as being charged for civil law and penal.

14.    Access to and correction of personal information

MANAYO's registered members can always get access to the personal information or make corrections. When you wish to do this, you can click on <Editing My Profile> and directly get access to it, or you can email the website manager to arrange this for you. ( manayo.com@gmail.com )
If the member requests correction of error in the personal information, this information is not used until the correction is done.

15.    The maintenance and the access period of the personal information

MANAYO terminates the collected personal information in following case;
 - in the case of member registeration information, when the member deactivates the account or is dismissed from membership.
 - in the case of bill payment information, when the bill's due date pass or load prescription expires.
 - in the case of shipping information, when the good or service is delivered or provided.
(However, there is an exception to the information that is necessary according to the lawful regulations such as the commercial law.)
If the information is needed even after the access periods ends, we will make sure we have the member's approval.

16.    Underage privacy

MANAYO only allows people who are at least 19 years old to register, therefore does not collect information of the teenagers or children.
